You know, you can find the strangest things when you're at college and surrounded by easily bored/entertained students. This blog was created for the sole purpose of chronicling all (or at least most) of the weird or interesting stuff I've seen since I started college in September.
I took this on my first day. Right after I keeled over from the sheer nerdy joy.
This just made me smile.
"Yeah, I think you found my money. How much was there?"
So, this girl gets off the elevator while a friend and I were studying in the third floor lobby. She plunks down the pants, throws the note down on top of it, and walks back to the elevator. They were gone a few hours later.
The likes keep going up. I freaking love this school.
This dog found me and a couple of friends as we were walking back to the dorms. He followed us all the way to the door. We were trying to figure out if he had an owner. We thought he did, since he has a collar and he's well-fed. So maybe he just got out of a yard somewhere?
He's a sweetie, though. Isn't he cute?
Speaking of cute things, this note was taped to the wall the day before Thanksgiving Break started. It was the sweetest thing! Although, I think the most amazing part is that it's still there. No one's removed it yet.
I spotted this on my way to check on a friend. I walked away humming "Don't Worry, Be Happy". This is just so accurate. I think if everyone printed this out and taped it to the wall over their desk, people would be a lot less stressed. I do find myself wondering how they drew such awesome circles, though.
Well, I'm done playing catch-up. The end of the semester is coming up, and so are exams. But I'm sure I'll find some more weird stuff to put up here before we break for Christmas. After all, stressed students need an outlet, right? And at this school, that means some seriously silly stuff will be going down.
